The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 kicks off on February 14, with the defending champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), aiming to retain their title. They will face Gujarat Giants in the opening match at Kotambi Stadium, Vadodara. The tournament will run until March 15, with the grand final scheduled at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.

The 2025 season will be hosted across four different venues, a first for the league:

• 2. Kotambi Stadium - Vadodara  
• 3. M.Chinnaswamy Stadium - Bengaluru  
• 4. Brabourne Stadium - Mumbai

• - Vadodara: Will host the first leg of the tournament with six matches.  
• - Bengaluru: Follows with eight games 
• - Lucknow: The third leg will feature four matches.  
• - Mumbai: Will stage four games, including the grand final.

•   - Withdrawn Players: 
•   - Sophie Devine, Kate Cross, and Sophie Molineux will not be part of WPL 2025.
•   - Asha Sobhana and Alyssa Healy also miss out, with Deepti Sharma taking over as captain for UP Warriorz in Healy’s absence.

U19 Stars: Five players from India’s U19 World Cup-winning team will make their WPL debut:
